hey people, i am back from camp :D and this post is gonna be a real long one~ saying what i did in the camp...those who dun wanna read... shoo please...11/06/09 - thursday went to church early in the morning at 8 . but everything started at 9 plus.. was held at AES( assumption english) as the rooms in the church in under renovation.. so yeah . the youth group welcome us warmly... its nice.. assembled in the hall ..and had ice breaking games.. dam fun ~ while playing, that clement and jeremy go disturb ! keep calling baby califlower.. roar ! *smack*then after the games.. split into groups.my group name was PEACE (: and it rocks ~! its always the loudest. i am in the same grp as dawn, angeline, tiffany, johnathan, eusebius, kelvin, daniel and leslie.and our facilitator was timothy( TIMO) and theresa (: ate lunch and had the first PAW( praise and worship).. i always loved PAW . so nice :D but we werent that hyper the first day .. after PAW was session... and then group sharing time. i dint really speak alot.. i thought that the session was boring and i dint really dun know how to continue with the camp .but who knows? everything was ok:D after group sharing was games time. we changed in games attire.and had lots of fun in the field.. it was the only time we had games in this camp.though we lost in all 3 games to the group FAITHFULNESS... i will only say one of the games which i cannot forget. we had to slide through this soapy thingy . and snatch a toy durian . and after snatching, we got to climd on this bench and let the other group throw water bombs on us.. before all my group members can go up .. the bench spoilt and everyone fell .. and scratched my legs.after that was bathing time.. and had 2nd PAW and session.. was kind of boring too .. then grp sharing... and in the night after dinner, had campfire !! woohoo .. dam nice.. supper and lights out at 11.30 .. but i slept at 4 plus.. was talking to baby and i cant sleep.. 12/06/09 - fridaywoke up at 6 plus.. brushed teeth and put contacts and went back to sleep again . had breakfast.. PAW and session 3 .. followed by group sharing.. i know i should not say this.. but there is this guy who is so talented.. named chris.. and he is so cute man !! everyone called him pretty .. cause his skin complexion is like a girl.. he plays the guitar dam well .. and the drums ! so different from what i had always hear.. he is from st mary the angels.. so nice to see him play the instruments.. and alot of them are looking at him lo.. imagine how cute he is.. is ok .. will post the pictures once i get them .. took a whole group pic and he was standing in front of me.. haha ! shall stop here.. cont bout him ltr..had PAW and session 4 after lunch and group sharing. then there is this time that we receive a letter from parents.. is so touching and i cried....then confession .. which was the first time i cried out when i was making my confession... i think the sessions really helped and alot of us reflected.bathed and had dinner..PAW and session 5. preparation for healing.. was scared .. if we really let go of everything.. we will be slain (faint) or cry or shout or laugh out of a sudden .. alot of them were slain .. but i was not..during this healing.. i prayed for him .. hoping he cuould forgive me.. thought i dint feel anything when they prayed over me.. i was too scared that i cannot concentrate, then theresa gave me a hug.. and i just cried... it was a day that many people cried .. PAW and session 6 i think.. then supper and lights out at 12.15.. this time i could sleep .. was so tired.. talked to baby in the night.. (: 13/06/09 - satwoked up at 7 plus and wash up ...had breakfast... PAW and session .. grp sharing... cant help but still looking at chris playing the guitar... was so nice:D haha.. and we had this 15 min quiet time in the hall .. we got to sleep for that 15 min .. haha.. bathed and attended mass.. baby came... and saw him for that short while... after that ... briefing for outpouring.. another thing to be slain ... we sat down and asked god for the gifts.. gifts of tongues.. so during the outpouring... 3 faci came and prayed over me in tongues.. is so cool .. i tried to let go.. but i cant.. leroy told me that i had something i could not forgive... asked me to sit down and think and ask god to help .. and after asking then stand up to let them pray over again .. but i dint.. i was so sad .. i dint know what is it that i cant forgive and i really cried like nobody business... cried halfway and heard someone singing.. cause there's this background music .. it was chris who sang.. was so nice.. omgosh .. and he prayed too .. he can play keyboard too.. so cool man ! after everyone chilled .. shared some testimonies.. and we all sit on the floor and ask god for the gift of tongues... we started with alleluia.. and i got it ! i got the gift of tongues ~~ but i cant confirm it ... will say it later(: PAW and we ended with hugging each other saying god loves you ...roar ! charmaine and cleomaine went to hug chris.. omgosh ! sadded... had supper and grp sharing ..we said prayer in our grp and the faci prayed in tongues.. hoping we could receive it too... and we also sang our god is an awesome god.. was dam nice.. shouted..lights out at 12.15 .. but we slept at 2 plus .. wrote fuzzies a.k.a letters... haha ! to most of the group members.. received alot too ! wrote one for chris.. but dint give him .. haha.. is better not.. later misunderstandings... so yeah .. 14/06/09 - sun woke up at 8.45 ... when we actually needed to report at 9.15... rush to bath and packed and down for breakfast... our group is always the loudest !! haha ! praise god ! alot of us lost the voice.. but is back during PAW.. haha.. after that PAW and session ... this time.. the session was to pray for tongues... and this time.. the faci will go round to hear... theresa came and she said " say louder... louder !! " i was out of breath man... is so tiring.. she keep telling me " try harder ! you're getting it !" timo came over and listen.. he said "you are almost there .. try harder.. try ! "and suddenly he gave me a tight hug.. and said congrats to me that i have received the gifts from god ! i was dam happy.. and i cried with happiness.. thanks god for the gift... was dam nice.. after that.. those we dint received the gift had to go to the front.. and all of us who received the gifts sit around them and we prayed in tongues to help them .. and really praise god ! all of us received the gifts !when we are bout to sit in groups.. timo gave me another hug.. he told me what i was saying.. he had the gifts of prophecy .. he said was singing in tongues and is wonderful..after hearing that .. it made me cry again .. really thanks god for this.. !!! PAW and session again .. the last session, enpowering ... and group sharing.. was so sad.. had lunch and the last PAW .. and then photo taking.. dam nice... received quite alot of fuzzies .. and is so touching.. thanks timo ! you really made me experience god... thanks theresa.. helping me to open my heart to receive the holy spirit ! thanks ! i am gonna join the youth grp ! praise the lord... AMEN ! i think that this camp is not enough .. 4 days is not enough... i want more... Praise god !! i will also add in those lovely songs that we sang during PAW ! you shall seek me and find me because you will seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13ask and you shall received .. seek and you shall find.
